Maistra Camping Membership Policy and Guide
  1. The Maistra Camping card is issued by Maistra d.d., and the card is issuer's property.  
  2. The Maistra Camping card is not a means of payment and is not transferable.  
  3. The card is valid as of its acceptance.  
  4. Registering as and being a member of the club is free of charge.  
  5. Only private persons may register as members of the Maistra Camping Club.  
  6. Membership in the club may be canceled at any time by written notice to the issuer. Canceling the membership will terminate all benefits pertaining to the membership in the club.  
  7. A 5% discount is granted on the price of accommodation in the camp for the cardholder and accompanying persons in no more than two accommodation units. The discount pertains to the regular prices of the facility at which the guest booked.  
  8. The discount is calculated at payment. To be entitled to the discount, the guest is required to present the card.  
  9. A 10% discount is granted in Maistra's a la carte facilities for each payment made by the cardholder or a person from his/her accommodation unit or a member of his/her family from no more than two accommodation units, subject to presentation of the card and evidence of staying at the facility (room key, card key, room number).  
  10. A guest whose accommodation unit preferences and credit card information are known to the facility is entitled to a quick check-in.  
  11. The card user is entitled to Maistra's special promotional packages, of which he/she will be informed, and which are available at www.campingrovinjvrsar.com.
  12. The member is required to notify the issuer of any changes to his/her personal details at info@maistra.hr.  
  13. In the event of loss of the card, the member is required to notify the issuer at info@maistra.hr. The member will be issued a new card.  
  14. Maistra undertakes to use all club members' personal details solely for its own marketing requirements and delivery of notifications about special benefits.  
  15. Maistra reserves the right to amend the Maistra Camping Club rules and revoke the card, subject to prior notice.  
  16. Guests not using Maistra facilities for two years may have their membership in the Maistra Loyalty Club canceled.
